I am a first generation property owner, self-made real estate investor and landlord. This photo below is me standing in front of my first investment property I purchased in 2018 when I was 22 years old.

Here's how I got started...

I always say that in my first year of real estate I didn’t purchase any property. Instead, I taught myself how to invest in real estate by going to classes, reading books and educating myself. In 2017 I studied real estate and saved my money for 1 year. Fast forward to February 2018, I purchased my first investment property for only 5% down AND the bank gave me a $6,000 down payment assistance grant!

This ONE property I bought in 2018 changed by life! Now over 5 years later real estate investing has taught me 1 thing:

Owning Real Estate is the BEST way to build wealth.

I now own 19 rental units and a 7-figure rental property portfolio in my hometown of Milwaukee! I am also a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of several businesses.
